GOLF SFD SERV CORP wants every client to be satisfied. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for our services.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled service at no charge by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the service start date.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full refund for services cancelled before work has begun.
- Pro-rated refund for services partially performed, based on work completed.
- If a service does not meet the scope agreed in writing, notify us within 14 days and we will correct it at no cost or issue an appropriate refund.
3. Physical Goods
Where any physical goods are supplied, unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@golfsfdservcorp.store with your name, invoice number and reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
